Where does FOLKOLOGIE deliver to?
We deliver Australia wide.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally. If you are super keen on an item, please send us an email and we can organise a quote for you to have it delivered overseas.
What are my payment options for online orders?

Do you offer AfterPay?
Unfortunately we don't offer AfterPay, but do offer layby.
What is your return policy?
This is the legal stuff that we have to tell you about; sorry to be so serious about it all. Here goes….
We offer a credit note or exchange for all unused items within 14 days of delivery. For change of mind or incorrect decision returns, we do not offer refunds but are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for the purchase price only. There is no return on sale items so please choose carefully from any sale collections.
If your product is defective you can choose from a replacement, a full refund, or a store credit.
The refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if it has been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; we advise you to take out shipment registration or insurance with your postal carrier.
If you are exchanging goods, please include a self-addressed Australia Post return satchel so that we can have the replacement on its way to you in no time.
Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Aww, how do we get a friend like you? More than happy to wrap your gift and include a handwritten gift tag. Let us know what you want us to write on the gift tag – or, you know, let our creative juices run wild!
Do you offer gift vouchers?
We’re all for sharing the love of FOLKOLOGIE. Get in touch and we can organise a gift voucher for you and have it sent to you or directly to the lucky recipient.
I’ve seen something in store but can’t find it online, why is that?
We buy in very small batches or one-off items which get snapped up quickly, before we can post them online, so if you’ve been coveting something, it’s best to buy it straight away. It’s always worth giving us a call though and we can try to track it down for you.
I’m interested in having my products stocked in your shop, who do I contact?
Fantastic! We are always so excited to hear from fellow folkologists who are producing beautiful handcrafted goods. Please send us an email with your product list and prices, together with a blurb about yourself, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
I have something particular in mind, do you accept work on commission?
From a bespoke commercial counter, to a stunning piece of furniture, we love seeing the vision of our individual and commercial customers come to life. To get started, please send us an email with what you have mind and we’ll be in touch.

Where is your shop located?
Our store is at 63 Louee Street, Rylstone NSW 2849, Australia.
We would love to see you in store Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday, from 10am till 4pm. Tuesdays & Wednesdays we are open by appointment only.
